During the hearing, ASG Rajiv Sinha and advocate Neeraj Kumar opposed the bail petition and said that they are the main accused. Even when the information of the matter came to their notice, they kept silent and looted the government treasury. They should not be bailed.

On Thursday, the court said that in the case, there are serious allegations against Lalu Prasad. In such a situation, they can not be granted bail in this stage. Justice Apresh Singh ruled in this matter and said that in the petition no new ground has been given on behalf of Lalu Prasad. The last time his petition was rejected on this ground.
