Post Pulwama : Water of three rivers will now fall into the Bay of Bengal instead of the Arabian Sea

After the Pulwama attack, the Government of India, surrounded by Pakistan on various issues, has now decided to teach Pakistan a lesson. The Indian government has decided that the water of three rivers of India going to Pakistan will be stopped and it will be diverted to Yamuna. Union Minister Nitin Gadkari tweeted this information on Thursday.
Three Rivers. Their waters will now fall into the Bay of Bengal instead of the Arabian Sea.

In another tweet, Gadkari said that the construction of the dam on the Ravi river in Shahpur-Kandi has started. He said that the project of Uj river will store the water of our part for use in Jammu Kashmir. He said that all these projects have been declared as National Projects.

Earlier, in protest against the Pulwama terror attack, the Indian government has taken several steps against Pakistan. The Indian government has barred the sending of vegetables to Pakistan. India has also stopped the Muzaffarabad bus service as well as withdrawing the status of  MFN (Most Favored Nation) to Pakistan. India has already increased the customs duty to 200 per cent on all goods coming from Pak to hurt the Pak economy.
